Chief Financial Officer
Rahul joined Alphawave IP Group plc as Chief Financial Officer in October 2023.
Rahul had served as CFO of Avantus since 2021 and as CFO and Senior Vice President Finance of Rambus from 2016 to 2021. During his tenure at Rambus, he was an integral part of its transformation as a product company, consistently delivering strong financial results and shareholder value. Prior to Rambus, Rahul served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Cypress Semiconductor, managing financial planning and investors relations, as well as Vice President of Finance at Spansion before the company was acquired by Cypress. He has extensive experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategic planning, investor relations and risk management.
Rahul holds a Bachelor of Arts in applied mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
