Suzan Barghash joined Alphawave Semi in November 2024 as Senior Vice President and Head of Global HR. She is an accomplished executive, with career experience that spans more than 25 years in HR leadership at publicly traded companies in the semiconductor and technology space.
Suzan is adept at providing senior-level strategy and advisory services that encompass process excellence, people partnering, leadership coaching, organizational and cultural transformation.
Prior to joining Alphawave Semi, she held HR senior leadership roles at Pacific Gas & Electric, Applied Materials, Cargill, Honeywell Inc., and Barclays Capital.
Suzan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kuwait University.
