I cannot attend the Annual General Meeting; can I still vote?
If you cannot attend the meeting, you can appoint someone else, known as a proxy, to attend in your place.
You can appoint a proxy in two ways:
- You can complete the proxy card that is sent to you with the notice of meeting and return it to Equiniti in advance of the meeting, or
- You can register your proxy at www.sharevote.co.uk. Your proxy will then be able to attend the meeting, speak on your behalf and cast your vote on your behalf.
If you cannot appoint a proxy to attend the meeting in person, you can still send the proxy form to Equiniti and in the event of a poll on any resolution, the Chairman will cast your vote for you in accordance with the instructions you provide on the proxy form.
