Independent Non-Executive Chair
Jan Frykhammar joined the Board in April 2021 as Senior Independent Non‑Executive Director and became Non-Executive Chair of the Board in December 2024. He has extensive experience as a senior executive, chair and adviser to various companies. Jan was EVP and CFO at Ericsson Group and interim CEO until 2017. He advises Zinkworks Ltd, Sweepr Technologies Ltd, Telavox AB and ng-voice GmbH.
Jan has previously served as Chairman of the Board at Aspia Group AB, Clavister Holding AB, Celltick Technologies Ltd, and as chairman of the audit committee of ITAB Shop Concept AB, Nordic Semiconductor ASA, Ox2 AB as well as ENEA AB. He has also served as Non-Executive Director of Roima Intelligence OY, Quickbit AB, Telavox AB and the Swedish International Chamber of Commerce.
Jan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Uppsala.
