General Counsel
John joined Alphawave Semi as its General Counsel in 2021, bringing a strong background in technology-related legal matters and more than 25 years of experience providing legal advice to semiconductor companies. He is a member of the executive management team and is responsible for all of the company’s legal functions.
Prior to joining Alphawave Semi, John was a partner at Morrison & Foerster and at his own firm. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) and an A.B. in Government from Harvard College.
