Charity begins at home – At Alphawave Semi, we believe our first responsibility is to our own family and friends. We are committed to providing our employees with opportunities to do meaningful work that makes a global impact and transforms lives. All our employees are in geographies that are highly regulated to ensure excellent working conditions. We do not leverage low-cost geographies that expose workforces to poor conditions or below-market compensation. Diversity, equity, and inclusion is our hallmark.

Alphawave Semi in India has partnered with Dream School Foundation (DSF) which provides educational support to unprivileged children. DSF strives to break the cycle of the socio-economic vulnerability of children and families and help them to help themselves through the power of education. It helps children and parents work through the path from ‘schools to livelihood’.

Alphawave Semi and DFS together initiated a new and effective program named TYDE (Transformation Youth Development Engagement). This program supports High School & college-going students and helps in their all-round development and equips them with the 21st century career-oriented mindset and skills. At present, over 280 children are directly getting benefited under this initiative.

Alphawave Semi Apprenticeship is a new initiative in India launched in 2023 with the purpose of providing opportunities to work and learn skills in a professional environment and prepare candidates for industry jobs. This program gives an opportunity to candidates without advanced degrees to build new technical skills while getting paid.

Apprentices are assigned to any of our business functions such as IT, operations, or engineering. Engineering functions include layout and physical verification of integrated circuits, PCB layout, and laboratory measurements of electronic systems.
