Environmental, Social and Governance

Introduction

Alphawave Semi is committed to conduct all of its business in an honest and ethical manner – acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships.

We contribute to society mainly by promoting diversity, fostering the next wave of innovation and innovators and playing our role in tackling climate change. We do this both through our own activities and in collaboration with our customers and other stakeholders, for shared success.

Quote from our SVP, Human Resources, Suzan Barghash

We are seeing an exponential growth in the amount of data and our technology enables data to travel faster, more reliably, and with higher performance at lower power.

Our success and long-term value creation depend on the close collaboration of various stakeholders. Working closely together and acting responsibly can positively impact our business while creating long-term value for our shareholders, employees, customers, partners, and the communities where we live and work.

Over the last two years the company has taken significant steps on our environmental, social and governance journey. In 2022, we set up our ESG Steering Committee and we updated our ESG Policy (View Policy). I am proud of the actions the company has taken so far. In our annual report you can read about the range of activities we are undertaking and the progress we made during the year. (Financial Results – Alphawave Semi)
